How does the 100-night trial work?
Sleep on your new mattress for up to 100 nights. If it's not right for you, call us and we'll schedule a free pickup and full refund — no questions asked.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days and arrive within 5–7 business days. We'll call you to schedule a delivery window that works for you.
Do you remove my old mattress?
Yes — our white-glove delivery team will remove and responsibly dispose of your old mattress at no extra charge.
What does the warranty cover?
